How customize

We customize it to a new microphone that we arranged in Japan or, we customize it to your own microphone (grill ball only).

Please send only the grill ball part when you send us your microphone.

Basically, please do not send us the microphone body.

In case you cannot find a products you are looking for, You may contact us by email. 

We can do

We can attach to most existing handheld microphones. However, some products can not respond to your request. Please contact us if it is not listed below.

Regarding the quality of products

When the product arrives, please confirm immediately.

When you are dissatisfied with regard to quality, please contact us by E - MAIL with photos within one week after delivery.

We will re-customize as soon as possible only when it is admitted that there is a defect, however, we will not return or refund anything due to these reasons.

Accidents during transport

The responsibility during transportation belongs to the shipping company.

Compensation will be handled by the transport company, however, we will support you to complete the insurance procedure as quickly as possible.

When your product arrives, if there is damage or deformation in the outer box, please contact us within one week after receipt of the product.

Please send us the broken box and picture of the main body to us.

In addition, please keep the box etc until the compensation procedure is completed.

Also please note that you may not receive compensation if you lose or discard the box.
